The project
As part of a comprehensive modernisation of a multi-storey apartment hotel, seven floors with just under 200 rooms were given a new technical and design direction.
The scope of work comprised renewing and adapting the electrical and network infrastructure, installing air conditioning in the rooms and implementing a heat pump system on the roof. In addition, the entrance area, including the lobby and reception, was redesigned both technically and visually.
The new technical infrastructure was fully integrated into the existing building structure. This required precise coordination of the various trades across all floors.
